The Tupak Jacket is designed for demanding winter conditions using a zone-engineered three-layer construction. Instead of placing the same materials everywhere, each area of the jacket is built differently according to how that part of the body needs to perform.
The sleeves, side panels, front and back all use different layer placements to balance warmth, breathability, mobility and protection. This targeted construction keeps insulation where you need it most while reducing unnecessary bulk in areas that require greater movement.
ZONE-ENGINEERED CONSTRUCTION
Arms
The sleeves use strategically placed layers for warmth and protection while maintaining freedom of movement. Along portions of the arms, the internal windproof layer is built with additional width and ease, allowing the jacket to move more naturally with the body instead of feeling restrictive.
Side Panels
The side panels use a different layer arrangement from the front and back. The internal windproof construction also includes extra width through key side areas, creating additional room for movement, flexibility and comfort.
Front & Back
The core uses strategically placed insulation to retain warmth where the body needs it most during cold-weather exposure.
DESIGNED TO MOVE
Tupak is not built as one uniform stack of materials. The amount, placement and dimensions of each layer change across the garment.
In key movement zones—including portions of the sleeves and side panels—the windproof layer is intentionally given additional width. This creates greater ease through the jacket, allowing the outerwear to flex and move with the wearer while maintaining wind protection.
The result is a jacket engineered to deliver warmth without unnecessary restriction or bulk.

The cuff pockets on the Tupak Jacket are designed with future modular components in mind, creating connection points for additional pieces that can integrate with the jacket over time.
This allows Tupak to evolve beyond a single garment—supporting a system of functional additions designed to work together when you need them.

A durable nylon shell provides windproof protection while offering rain resistance for changing winter conditions.
Middle Layer — Natural Insulation
A premium blend of 50% sheep wool and 50% yak wool provides natural warmth while remaining breathable and moisture-managing.
Inner Layer — All-Day Comfort
Soft polar fleece adds insulation and comfort while helping retain body heat.
